This is a reminder of our local programs:
 
·        Please help us direct families without insurance of our CHC, Child Health Clinics for WELL visits up to the age of 5 and Vaccinations for ages birth – 18 years old.

·        A flyer will be sent out to our local doctors announcing our FREE ADULT vaccination program, however, if you know of any doctors office who may not know that we provide FREE adult vaccines or parents who may inquire of any adult vaccinations, please notify them that the health department offers FREE adult vaccines for those who qualify.

Vaccines Available-  Adacel, Pneumovax, Prevnar 13, & Zostavax.  
 
·        Preschool Nutrition program- Learn healthy breakfast habits from Mini the Mouse as she learns the importance of eating breakfast and learning fruits from all the colors of the rainbows.
 
·        Preschool Germ & hand washing education- Children will learn the importance of hand washing and hygiene education from an animated child appropriate video.
