Department Responsibilities

The Construction Department processes construction permit applications and enforces compliance with all applicable construction code requirements and subcode regulations. Bloomingdale provides the following services for the Boroughs of Bloomingdale, Butler, Kinnelon: Plan Review, Inspections, & Enforcement of the Uniform Construction Code

Continued Certificate of Occupancy (CCO) Payments

Please Note: Pursuant to Borough Ordinance 11-1.6(G), all payments for a Continued Certificate of Occupancy (CCO) must be made by cash or cashier's check payable to the Borough of Bloomingdale.
