Building Permit Fee Increase

Release Date: October 02, 2014
Effective 10/06/14 a fee increase of the mandatory DCA State permit fee.

Effective 10/06/14 building permits that have not been issued will require a fee increase of the mandatory DCA State permit fee. Any increase will be assessed when permits are issued. Any permits waiting to be issued will require this fee increase payment at time permit is picked up.
